Daiso pencil, is not really a good lure, i've tried it. You can't walk the dog nicely.
Try to get sammy it's a very good walk the dog lure, heddon, surface cruiser etc..

Haha, it's best to go down to tackle shop and tell them your budget and they will build one for you.
It's quite difficult to recommend you as there is many rod and reel out there. You can try Joe Tackle / Changi Pro Tackle.
This are the 2 shops i usually go as they always give good prices.

Hi guys, i just brought a daiso lure, but i can't cast fast. I'm tie my main line to the lure and without weight, i can barely cast far. Using sure catch 15lbs mono line. My rod is 1.7m
