Hmm nothing wrong with the guide, i just need to glue back the joint. :o

Edit: its just a normal 2piece rod.

How much does it cost to repair the joint of a 2pc rod?

Since i dont have any tackle near my area wanna find out how much would it cost to repair the joint.

The damage is the top piece stuck in the joint, and got dettach from the bottom piece. But still able to insert it back through the bottom piece(still have some tightness in here)

Went to jurong lake today

The ambience was really good actually, however too many garbage in the lake hooked up 3 plastic bag and drown my newly bought lure into the bottom of the lake. Quite some fishes coming to the surface for air. When leaving saw a huge toman? / eel? / huaran? around 50-60cm on the illegal fishing site ...

Is noon a good time to fish at lower seletar reservoir?

Since im getting new lure tomorrow , intend to go there afterwards, which is around 11.30-12noon would it be a good time period to fish? :o

What fish could i expect to bite with a spoon?

yup exactly , was aiming for spoon as well and maybe change my minnow to a more shinny/reflective one to attrach bite.

Ah, the issue should be with the lure weight. 8.6g is a very light lure and you'll definitely have problems casting it far. Using a longer rod to lobe the lure out will be much more effective. Toman definitely takes minnow, but your current lure is probably too small to interest an adult toman. Spo...

Thanks as for th lure weight its 6.5cm and 8.6gram with a crank depth of 0-1m Sadly i forgotten about the line diameter as uncle henry helped me to spool the line to my reel i forget to take the box for the line. the normal length for my letout that i tried usually its only 1ring apart(from the tip ...
