There are some sea prawns at the wooden jetty at Lim Chu Kang where I go net casting. They look like the belachan prawns they put in chilli. Maybe you can try your luck there.

Caught mine at Lim Chu Kang wooden jetty. In big groups i think, so if you are a net caster you get all at one go. Edible with soft flesh. Watch out for the sharp spines.

Caught many of them at Lim Chu Kang jetty by casting net. The wooden jetty accessible by bus 975 from Chua chu Kang MRT. Considered to me as pest as unedible.
