i am interested to try out saltwater luring,but where can i go saltwater luring???i tried ecp,no bites at all

i have tried several lures n spots,but what makes me more dissapointing is seeing a few china men luring n got a 1kg+ pb n kept it in their icebox!!!
could it be due to thehot weather or rain the day b4???
BTW,i even see a giant python surfacing for air 2m next to me....SCARY
