Sorry guyz I'm a bit mess up here.... I'm actually looking for a simple yet good setup for pond and beach fishing.... Budget would be around $150 to $300... Don't mind burning a hole in my pocket for either a good rod or reel.... Any suggestion... Btw anybody care to explain wad is Baitcaster reel ...

When down last sat to Joe's Tackle to take a look for a rod and reel and was recommend rod Eupro Hammer 2 Jig PE 2-4 and Penn Squall multiplier reel which cost abt $300/-.... most impt equipment are your hands so take good care of them :) I m a boor... Duno how to take care of equiment 1.... Even my car... I aso bo chup. For me it nt abt asethetic.... Is alway function. Wif the price of my current car, could had bought a bmw in e past.... But I chose a 1.5 litre car ......

If you are flying and check-in your tube suggest you tape up the above part. Had seen a tube broken off due to rough handling by the airlines.
