Not sure where you can get it in the west side. Beach road probably has it and it's still closer than going to changi village. Or you can try calling up the tackle shops in the west to enquire for it.

Yep, all these are taken in the central part of Singapore There's a lot to see in there if you're interested to see some nature stuff.
