Re: riverland tackle
Riverland tackle is the one in changi village right?
If that the case you can take Bus no.9 from Bedok interchange to a bus stop next to Changi Village Carpark.
Ask the Bus driver where to get off if you are in doubt

Re: riverland tackle
where do you stay?
no doubt riverland is selling some rapala lures. but there's only changi and riverland, 2 options. if you were to take the troubles to travel, i would rather you head beach road. a lot of other lures available, a lot of tackle shops. joe, sabre, hong guan, chop hock, AO etc . . .
use google.com
look for changi village in its map. you will find link for directions. use the options to find out how you can reach point to point.
