There's no best rig to catch these fishes, its only the bait u use and the place u cast u'll get these fishes. So keep trying to cast in different spots and see what catches you got. lsbf rig is good enough 
Lsbf rig or Float with live prawn is ok for kbl(fw3), i saw a few ppl fish with floats(w lightsticks) and their hit rate is pretty high. The secret to their hit rate is their bait.

Correct me if i am wrong, its 24/7 during weekends and 7pm-7am during weekdays, its been sometime since i been there, anyone knows if the opening hours are as stated?
