Hey, I got an idea for a project. Its like what they do in other countries, we catch a fish, tag it, and release it.

Tagging is useful only if there's an organization collecting data on a fish's pattern of movement or distribution for scientific purpose. There seems to be very little interest, if any, expressed by relevant authorities with regards to ichthyology or that they needed help.
