Re: MSP parking
I don't think there's any free parking near the pier, the parking rates there is pretty high. If you're parking there for long hours, you can can try the marina bay cruise centre. Although the rates are similar, the cruise centre has a cap of $15 per day.

MS pier can fish? FW is quite clear on where can fish and where can't. I'm still quite puzzled about SW where cannot fish...

You can't fish at the pier itself but you can fish beside. There's also the cruise centre not far from the pier, you can fish along the stretch between the two but not too close too the cruise centre. They have put up no fishing signs over there.

Hi and thanks!
So for SW, can i say that unless there's a No Fishing Signage, everywhere can fish? even it's not a jetty?
Is there a official "legal ground" for SW like PUB setup for FW?

Re: MSP parking
Sadly, that isn't the case like our reservoirs. Some saltwater spots can be in the grey area, but it's up to us anglers to keep it that way. That is, if you litter, cause damage to the property, litter or compromise safety of other people using the area, the authorities will have a reason to put up a no fishing sign there.
