Hi Kaci, welcome to HLF. 
I don't think there's any local forum that caters specifically for kayaks, traffic here isn't exactly high either. I believe the most active place for local kayak fishos is the Kayak Fishing Singapore group in facebook, you probably know that already. Hope you can meet some new kayakers and good luck on your fishing!
