What's the Penjuru spot

I have always been hearing people saying about the penjuru spot , anyone know where is it located ?

Not sure where that exactly is, but Penjuru Jetty was a fishing spot before it was torn down. Another good fishing spot is behind Caltex, but the access is illegal and full of surveillance cameras.
