BBQ Mud Crab for dinner ?
Yes, we did it again !
Had a mini gathering cum BBQ feast with mud crabs.
Washed the crabs with sea water n straight into the charcoal "stove".
The fragrance enough to make you drool
Of course we did not forget to do fishing.
Thanks to Simon n angie ... too engrossed in preparing all the makan stuffs
Fishing baits were left sleeping comfortably at home in the freezer!
No baits how ah ?
And seriously ... none brought baits
No choice ...some had to set up the pit for food while some went bait hunting.
Live squid of course.
Thanks to Tere ...he brought back a squid while rest were happily tucking in yummy crabs.
The food was fantastic.
Thick butter was applied onto sweet potatoes, sweet cones and mini yam,
nicely wrap in aluminum foil throw into the charcoal.
Cooked in the most natural way.
Not forgetting Tere tearing open instant tea leaves and sprinkle over the food
Make us taste ..says taste like otar
It does smell very good but the appearance simply puts me off.
Had an enjoyable night out.
Nothing was caught except for the few squids which were used as baits.

Wow, big party...and with crabs! I could sure go for one of those big claws right now, de-shelled of course! What's more interesting is that you have those 'crab' stick as well as real crab together.
