After my return from Taiwan, I've been heavily relying on my OMNIA. Today, I brought Cookie (Long-Hair Wired Fox Terrier) out for a run in the morning and took several shots.
Stupid dog went swimming in the reservior again after bird hunting. NPark wasn't very pleased with her chasing her in the boat. Luckily I didn't get ticket for letting her swim in the reservior. Luckily she didn't get eaten up by mama tomans and monitor lizards.
Enjoy my first shoot of 2009.

Good to see you shooting again and spending some quality time with cookie. Nice macros but the colours look abit weird somehow.

This would have been a perfect pic ...
minus the lower right hand corner breakwaters snapped into screen.
Nevertheless ... it's a beautiful night shot with perfect lightings !

mm maybe you can crop away the bottom right of the pic as well as do some clone stamp on the sudden line of orange light on the water. IMHO, that light just doesn't fit in and look awkward. If it were a string of lights, it might look outstanding as contrasting colors. but this single line of light just isn't strong enough. Just my 2cents worth. hope I didn't offend u .

I like the colors and lights though. you used a star cross filter for this?

Nice night shot, the scene is very eye pleasing. Of course the light source is too strong, but I guess that can't be helped. Is that where you were pat-tor-ing last night?
