Lotus Flower

The Lotus flower. Growing from mud at the bottom of ponds, this exquisite flower rises above the water and is usually white or pink with 15 or more oval, spreading petals, and a peculiar flat seedcase at its center.

The lotus is an Asian water lily known for the delicate beauty of its water flowers.

Here are some pics of the lotus flower I took this morning while taking a stroll in Bishan Park.

Those lilies are very well taken, Angelfishing.

I like the third photo the best.

Here's some of my shots, not much of lotus but lilies from the Botanical Gardens. Looking at all these wonderful flower pictures makes me want to visit there again to do some shooting.

some of the pics that u posted ahh , u can process them , bring out the colours, set more contrast / a little sharpening,,sure very stunning.

Thats a nice one dom.

I like.

Too bad the pond was not well taken care of thus rather hard to get a nice shot with clean background.

Hope u dun mind I share share the pic. Here's the pic after dom's magical touch.
