Good shots, are all these long exposure shots? The yellow tint of light makes the pictures look great. :)

Yup its about 13-15 secs exposure, total time for one pic was about 2 mins. HDR Imaging ... camera mounted on my carbon fibre tripod. Very stable

The yellow tint is from the large scale sodium lighting. Very nice effect I think. To be honest, I didn't expect it to turn out this way too.

The lizzy shot is cool, I don't often see them climb trees especially the bigger ones. Poor spidy...let me clone a leg for it. :p

Hey, that isn't bad at all...having to do some sight seeing while traveling on business. I must say the weather lately hasn't been kind on anglers and photographers. The low light causes most compact cameras' auto white balance to be inaccurate, hence the blue tint.

If you are taking pictures under such conditions, you may want to use other preset white balance or better yet, custom white balance. Photoshop can correct the colours as well.

Thanks for sharing the pics. :)

Peacy ... Sight Seeing ? I was more or less like looking after my own life ... there isn't really any regulation on the roads there. Sitting at the front passenger seat of the sedan on the road ... or was it off road ? :D Is not really that assuring ya know?

From what I see is that if it was a good day, it would be a perfect place for nature fotoshoot ... the amount of greenaries and wild life ... absolutely perfect for Dom Dom, Angie, Peacy and me

I think the water at other place in Batam is good for fishy as well. But ... we got to find a way to get thru those roads ...

Oh ... I saw riot mata on standby trying to persuade the squatters to move off ... wanted to take peeks, but ... on second thought ... better don't. Sekali I kena hoot by them. :raincloud:

I did have my favourite avocado drink ... but ... they put chocolate in it instead of the authentic Gula Melaka

Very nice shot Tere, your shots have certainly gotten better. ;) You got a great pose from the lizard in the hidden bush, it's not easy to get the camera to autofocus into it ya? The 'red lallang' is beautiful, where did shoot it from?

Keep your pictures coming in, I hope to do some shooting myself too but I don't think I should go near into the forest while some escapee is still on the loose. :(
