Rojak, a Malay word for a salad dish of mixed vegetables.

TE WEI is the same stall selling very nice Popiah.
Here's the link to their Popiah viewtopic.php?f=16&p=4322#p4322

You have got to give this Rojak a try ... a Chinese salad consisting of pineapple, cucumber, turnip, tau pok (fried beancurd),
you zhar kway (deep-fried dough sticks) and bean spouts freshly mixed in a dark prawn paste with sugar and assam juice.

Our local Rojak is no longer simple with the same traditional ingredients any more. it has gone global.
For this stall ... he added green apple and you may ask for Jelly fish or cuttlefish at an extra cost of a dollar each.
Ginger flower shreds finely is added to gives off a unique fragrance.

To complete the dish, top it off with plenty of crunchy crushed peanuts.

A messy pile of fresh fruits and vegetables in a black paste ...
you can never imagine how unique this dish can be until you try it yourself.
