NEW YORK NEW YORK
53 ANG MO KIO AVENUE 3
SINGAPORE 569933
ANG MO KIO HUB #B1-25/26

TEL : 6853 3907

http://www.newyorknewyork.com.sg

Since the opening of AMK Hub in the earlier part of this year ...
notice this new restaurant located right at the entrance
nicely furnished with a difference ...
gives you a cozy feeling ...you'll be curious to peep into the big menu box and dinners plates...
Just to find out what others are eating
Was there yesterday nite to give it a try with Steven but the queue was amazingly LONG !

Went back there today with Simon ... and yes, it's a restaurant which we will definitely return to try
out other dishes on it's menu.

You'll have to spend few minutes browsing through the magazine style menu ...
Every dish looks so delicious ...
The clam chowder was so creamy n nice ... generous servings of the clams in the soup.
Will have given it a 4 out of 5 rating.
I had chicken chop and it was a right choice ... it's so tender and juicy
It's the best chicken chop I've eaten so far.

The above meal cost us $114.50.
The only complain I has is the cold crab dish.
It looks more like crab on ice and that one little crab cost $24.90.
A tag too expensive for a simple dish like that.

I do notice the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and attentive to your needs.
Which really make you feel very comfortable while enjoying your meals there.

It's a restaurant worth a try. :yay:

Thanks for the first impression review on the restaurant, looks like a good nice place to bring your significant other to. ;) It looks expensive but I'm sure it's worth the money for the service, food and ambient altogether. So, when are you bring me there for a feast? I'll be sure to fast a few days first. :mischieve:

Hey, you should have try out the cold crab recipe on those two mud crabs you caught the other night! :p And is the beef buried in all that mashed potato? I want some beef too!

You guys sure know what you're served every time, it's hard trying to make a living out from you two. But you're right, that beef tastes only as good as it cost. ;)

New York New York has become one of my favourite eating place.
Will head to the AMK Hub branch when I have craving for western food.

This time round, I tried the baked mussels.
It was wonderfully delicious ... you have to try it to know.

Simon like the steak ... cook to a medium rare ... every cut with red juice oozing out from the meat.
He loves it this way ... I can never make myself eat it.

The spaghetti with pork chop was fabulous too.
The spaghetti dressed in creamy mushroom sauce ... so yummy.

New York New York, a place I will recommend to my friends.

Long time no do pat tor stuff liao ... today we did it again~

First to "bruncher" ... breakfast, lunch and dinner into one ! :p
Something we eat very often ... save time save money. hehe...

New York New York for 3 in 1 ...
Pat tor ma ... so must share share lor ...
We tried their BIG BIG meat platter for two ... :sweatdrop:
When the food came ... the "plate" almost occupy the whole table width ...
The serving was really large with a whole spring chicken, four big pork ribs, fried chicken cutlets,
coslaw, potatoes wedge, corn and some baked beans ...

The spring chicken was really nice ... both of us had half a chicken each.
Rest of items were so so only but I do like the coslaw as it has added dried raisins.

The clam chowder still top our list at the restaurant ... a must have for us.
The waffles was crispy with icy cool vanilla ice cream.
Simon love every bit of it .... adds lots of honey ~

This time round ... I tried their Strawberry Orange Kickers !
It's actually orange juice with some strawberry "jam"
Sure to make your eyes go blink blink blink ~

Won't be giving the Meat Platter for two a try again ...
But we'll try the Seafood Platter for two when we go there for Bruncher again ~ lol ! :D
