I am not really fan of tau huay but those from the picture look really smooth and tempting.
Looking at a shop that specifically serves tau huay and you know they must surely have some standards. The price is very reasonable too.

HOUSE OF SOYA BEANS
Formerly from Chomp Chomp, this hawker stall is famous for its silky soya bean curd ($1.20) and aballing. Add gingko, longan or lotus seeds for that extra punch. Their soya milk is reach and creamy too. Everything is freshly made and the owner prides himself of using no preservations. The bean curd is also smooth, silky and fragrant. A must try whenever I drop by Zion road.
