Sembawang Hills Food Centre
590 Upp Thomson Rd, #01-24

Pork ribs soup commonly known as Bak Kut Teh, taken as breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper by many Singaporeans.
There are two styles of cooking, the first serves up peppery and saltish clear soup.
The second variety consists of a dark soya-sauce coloured soup with herbs and spices such as cinnamon.

This Bak Kut Teh stall at Sembawang Hill opens for business in the late evening.
If you like the clear and peppery hot soup, this stall is for you.
The pork rib meat was done just right, tender and not overly stiff.
I like the liver, no smell and there is this crispiness when you chew it.
Very nice to eat.

They do served other side dishes like large intestines, bak pueh ( pig's skin ), tau guah etc etc.
Overall... a nice place to have a nice peppery hot bowl of soup at hawker price.
Value for money kinda food.
