How about Labrador Park at which the old naval base used to be? You can try luring between the slipway to the river mouth as the tide starts to rise. Night time are better for kbls and cudas. You also try luring along the breakwaters along the dragon teeth gate during low tide for groupers, but do note it's pretty dangerous due to slippery rocks and waves from passing boats. Take extra care when fishing in such areas.

Only for certain species, like kbls are more active at night though they do feed throughout the day.
