Fishing in Bedok reservoir won't differ much from any other reservoirs in Singapore, at least in the legal fishing areas of it. You'll typically get peacock bass and Giant snakeheads there, try minnows or poppers for a start.

Have you tried fishing during first and last light of the day? Also try fishing after a short downpour, usually the water becomes calm after and fishes tend to be more active in feeding.

Bedok Resevoir have a large variety of fish like toman,tilapia,peacock bass,catfish,patin and etc.

I have seen uncles caught catfishes.

How they catch them?With lures or baits?But Bedok Resevoir must use lures to keep the water clean but the uncles there uses baits.
