I will be heading to Southern Island next week.
We will be targeting Grouper, what color of madai attract the grouper? or should i use Inchiku Jig?
Please advice.

I personally would say colour has little effect on fishing with madai jigs and the main attraction is really the skirt. Inchiku should work too but I have never tried much of it. For fishing with madai jig, use slow and long strokes. You want the skirt to flutter as much as possible so you shouldn't work them like vertical jigs. You need to check the madai skirt every time you retrieve back to see if it has been nipped off by small fishes. Change it if necessary.
