cable car rigs

Do tackle store normally sell rigs or do we have to tie them ourselves?

I haven't been to the tackleshops in SG for quite some time! But i don't think the shops sell the cable car rigs, you might wanna head down to Gary's tackle changi, he is very knowledgable about these kinds of rigs
