soft plastic fishing

Hi there, i have recently begun luring again ( soft plastics) and bought myself a few. However i have had no luck on them at all in both fresh or salt. Would like to inquire about the general retrieval method. Any tricks and tips to share?

you can try using pink soft plastic worms(hook MUST be weedles) in Lower seletar reservoir the part where there are MRTtracks .Just retrieve with medium constant speed and always cast along the rocks .If you feel bites or see PBs follow just keep casting several more times
