Anyone tried Recce Woodlands Waterfront?

hey guys i tmw morning to late afternoon may want to recce at woodlands waterfront... :) got any tips? i bringing a cheap tamban rod and a stiff 7 ft boat rod with a 2000 sized reel for the tamban rod and a 6000 sized reel for the bigger rod... the smaller reel using i think 15 lb mono and the bigger 1 using pe line, 40lb

I think the prized targets are mainly barramuni and barracuda. The regulars there often use live baits on floats to get them. The live baits can either be tambans or assams which you can get from the jetty itself.

Heh, if it's heavy rain it might ruin the water condition. But I would go regardless if it's a day off. Some outdoor time relaxing there is worth it, at least for me.
