HLF

Hey guys i went to clementi canal today, use earth worm caught alot of tilapias. =) i brought 3 fishes home. One golden tilapia and two Jaguar Cichlids. Not to eat though. to keep as pets here are some pics. (SORRY FOR LOW QUALITY)

Nice, cichlids are suckers for earthworms, they can't simply resist it. The canal seem to have a wide variety of cichlids, I think people have been dumping their pets in the canal and fishes seem to be thriving in it. I would love a picture of that orange cichlid if you can get a clear shot of it.

i might have some problems with taking a picture. It does not seem too happy when i take it out of its tank

Shoot it from a glass tank if you have one, otherwise just leave it be. Don't cause unnecessary stress to your pet.

Oh dear, you really did take him out. I'm sure your pet wouldn't like that. Thank you for the picture, I will have to hold on to it till I have an identification on it.

Then nxt time i go there use prawn meat catch tilapia

ai yah dunnid prawn meat larh. just use bread can le. they bite like crazy , just must know the 3 spots can le. first spot is at the mirror there, i think at the center of longkang. second is under one of the bridge, third is at the far end of the longkang, the road there.

Wah so many secret fishing spots ah next time i can go there by myself le

i compared my red tilapia with the red tilapia there, seems different, especially the eyes and the lips. it might actually be a hybrid
