The timing is usually around sunset/sunrise they can differ slightly during the time of the year. 6-7 in both morning and evening are good time to fish, with morning still relatively good up to around 10am when the sun is not too strong yet.

can tell me the place u fish???i am rather surprised that singapore still hav a 'wild' natural fishing spot!!!
