New in HLF

Post by jenggo »

Hi all,

This is my very first post here in handline. Been looking at this website for its utmost informative informations.
I was exploring the forest shooting wildlife and insects and chanced myself on a promising spot. So i went for it.

So this is my first CR here in HLF. hopefully more to come. :)

All fishes were caught, photographed and released.

Hi jenggo and welcome to HLF. :cocktail:

Hmm .... another photographer turned angler ? ;p
Those forest wildlife are full of surprises.
Visit the same place a million times and you still will find interesting stuff to keep the clicker button busy.
Thanks to new age technology, we do not have to burn a big hole in our pockets to develop rolls and rolls of film.
Do share with us your forest's collection in our tall tale tavern, life by the water section. ;)

That pb you caught must be very very hungry ... almost swallowed the whole lure.
It's a very nice take, good job !
I am sure you like the moment the fish whack your lure ...
Once bitten ... there is no turning back.
Kudos for releasing the catch and hope to see more CRs from you too.

Hi DBS, thank you for the warm welcome. :D

You could say that that im an avid shooter cum angler. Yes i do agree, even if i follow the same trail a million times, there's always something new for me to look forward to. In time i will share some of my photos. :)

The PB must be definitely hungry, i was stunned by the way it strucked my lure in rapid succession, there were even a few others chasing after the same lure at the same time. Such a sight to behold, only makes my passion drives forward :p

yeah, true that once bitten never look back, I second that notion! haha

Hi jenggo, welcome to HLF. I too like explore the forest to indulge myself in the interesting wildlife within, fishes are no exception. :D It's always exciting to see Peacock Bass fighting over a lure, they get really aggressive and competitive. At times, they would still follow the hooked fish around with the lure in its mouth.

Thanks for sharing your catch with us.
