I caught the small one first on live prawns and this little fellow is pretty sneaky. It took the line swam towards me, luckily I had my eye on my rod when it twitched slightly. The line went slack against the current so I knew something fishy must be going on. Sure enough, as I retrieve to tighten the line there was a fish on the line.
I carried on fishing since the chermin could fit into my small little icebox. So I waited on for an hour or so, just as the tide is about to peak, my rod gave a good bend and send me jumping off my chair. This chermin didn't give me much trouble and landing it was fairly easy.
