Date: 20th Mar 2007
Location: SAF Yacht Club
Time: 9am to 2pm

This is my first Chermin since I first started fishing from Jan 2007.

So I'm proud to share it with you guys ...

So can anyone advice me on how to cook it?

Big Chermins I would prefer to fry them ;) smaller one like 1kg n below, taste great if you steam them. :D

Awesome catch! :nod::thumbsup: I'd go with Angelfishing with steaming, the meat ain't bad at all. I also like them cooked with bean paste or even fish head soup with some tomatoes. :D

But going offshore on Ah Long's boat on Monday 26th ..

Saw my new fish :D slender sea moth :p just under my nick ;) caught while net casting last week :yay:
