That's a sweet mud crab you've caught. I remember I caught a mud crab at west coast too many years ago while I was fishing for swa jiam. The crab got entangled on my tiny apollo hooks, it got me so excited. :D The rabbitfish should be the same species as the ones you caught previously. If you look closely, the previous ones have a patch near the tail too but the colour is not as bright.

This is the description for the Orange-spotted Rabbitfish from fishbase:
fishbase wrote:Dusky blue dorsally, silvery below; a bright yellow spot adjacent to last few rays of dorsal fin; head with lines and spots. Preopercular angle 91°-102°; strong scales fully cover the cheeks; midline of thorax scaled, not the pelvic ridges. Anterior nostril with extremely low rim, slightly expanded posteriorly. Spines stout, pungent, venomous.
Good catch from West Coast Park.

That's the common understanding amongst anglers and I've eaten the claw before. It can be cooked by simply steaming it. But more importantly is not to misidentify a crab as some of them are poisonous to eat, claw or not. Like egg crabs (green or red ones).

How to identify? So when u bring up this crab, you just pluck out one pincer and dump it back into the ocean? i not so bad to take both pincers or it will dieee, if i remember correctly the pincers grow back.

There are pictures of different crabs you are likely to encounter at this page you can refer to. The crab is can survive without its claw but it will have a harder time finding food, depending solely on scavenging dead fishes and such. No claw means it can't protect itself from its predators and get bullied by other territorial crabs.
