Rainy day catch

Post by Peace »

A fishing trip with a friend over the weekend, the fishing had to be cut short due to the rain in the afternoon. :raincloud: Not many fishes this time round but it's noteworthy that the chermin was caught on a jig by my friend. :shocked:

Ooh ... notti notti anglers ... the baby chermin was taking a yawn and that jig just flew into it's mouth ! :lol:

A very good trip I must say taking into recent days weather condition.
And yes those han tze hurr are really sweet ~
Cost me $2 a pcs to buy at wet market !

I went for a trip recently too ... ::x:
Line totally wet ... not from fishing ... from heavy thunder storm !
Reach spot with my two furry boys in toll and it started to pour ...
Lightning bolts slashing across the sky .. we had to quickly walk back ...
One men one woman and two dogs ... totally drenched from head to toes/paws !!!

Yes those yellowtails are caught on tamban jigs, but they won't hold on to a big one for two seconds. :lol: Yeah, the rain is kind of scary. I headed for shelter when the weather looked like it's going to take a while to pass. Another thing is the lightning risk, I'm sure you all have read the new on the two anglers who got struck by lightning at Coney Island a few days ago.

So be careful of where you seek shelter during a thunderstorm. :nod:
