Part Two . . . . .
Proceed back to one of my favorites playground ...the good old punggol long kang by the sea !
Tide going down ... sun still up but bearable
Place strew with plenty of rubbish on the ground
act of irresponsible anglers.
Simon be the good samaritan ... clearing up the place.
And yes ... his act rewarded with the landing of a selar pan at the end of the day
with the last piece of prawn meat.
Angie having no chance for revenge at all !

Nice, that's a big scad from Simon, a couple more of those and you can invite me over for dinner! Hey, there was one time when I wanted to enter P17 from the beach and I had to cross that long kang with my bicycle. What nearly killed me was pushing the bike up that steep slope afterwards. I shouldn't have been lazy.

Fishing is unquestionably a form of madness, but happily, for once bitten, there is no cure. --Francis

Re: dBs Day out by ANOTHER long kang
This is exactly why I stopped eating raisins ever since I had a dog. She used to get these large 'raisins' all the time and I had to plucked them off her one by one...it's really gross especially when you squish it and all the blood ooze out.
Those holes looks big enough for big mammals to go in, I don't think it's a snake hole unless we're talking about anacondas here. Still, who knows what lurks in there, for all you know it might be a big crocodile! (Though croc nests are nothing like that)

The Holes are tunnels dugged by Angie's MOST FEARED ENEMY ... MICKEY MOUSE

Heh, no fish crabs also good ya. Lots of nice scenery pictures from this trip, I like the lallang field one, it does give one a warm and fuzzy feeling. I must agree with you the best catches are the sinkers, and with their prices soaring now I sometimes look along breakwaters for them. :

Rabbits there ? ... not a chance ... never seen any rabbits there before.K.B.L wrote:I think the hole are rabbit burrow if i am not wrong.
Most likely are pubbies
Sadly ... the whole clan seems like being wiped-out by SPCA liaoz
The recent bout of heavy rain has also filled up those holes nicely.
