Hi guys ... as you are reading this ... we should be on our way in a ferry to Batam.
After some hectic working months ... we want to find a place where we can just do nothing.
Fish, eat, sleep, swim, spa. squids .... wish can have shopping too.
But I critically out of space in the wardrobe so shopping is not necessary.

Did some surfing with Google, my best friend after alleycat
It didn't take us too long to decide where we want to spend our days doing nothing.

Destination fix at Batam KTM resort after some surf shopping ...
Make a call to the travel agency stated on it's website ...
Make a trip down to the office at People's Park Centre.
Make payment and within an hour we have collected all the necessary papers
and are ready to depart when the day arrive.
Everything arranged in order within half a day. Simple and easy.

Now ... it's waiting for us to go enjoy some good spa, fun fishing and return with lots of beautiful pics.

We will be back on Friday ~
But ... will be gone again on Sunday !

We did this Batam Trip like a First Time Tourist to the Island ...
Went for the city tour like any other ones will experience it.
So... hopefully information will become useful for first timer to the island.

It was an extremely enjoyable and relaxing trip for both of us.
Did not do alot fishing or squidding as planned.
We end up tasting out the food outlets and did plenty of window shopping though we did not really buy much.
Most of the thing we can get here at home.

Saw alot of Singaporeans buying their dried local produce such as ikan billis, kuey lapis, kiam hurr and koropok etc ...
We did not buy any of those except for spend a little when the tour guide took us to the Batam Polo Tee Shop.
Sadly ... they do not have my sizes for two design which I like.

Never mind ... coz I am very sure we be back there again !
This time ...we drag our friends along !
