Know your target fish characteristics :
* What they like to eat ?
* How are their body shape thus deciding how they swim ?
* hint look at their body shape and tail.
*What are their feeding patterns ? eat whole day ? eat at night ? eat during the day ?
* Where do they like to roam in ... meaning their playground ?
* sandy clean waters or milky places or rocky areas ?

Give it a thought and if you still couldn't figure out where to find them ...
I will give you the answer.

hmmm.... they feed on prawns ands small fishes, so my guess would be labrador?

Yes. LBP is definitely one place which you can find them.
They are caught in a lot common fishing grounds like Changi, BJT, Sembawang and even Punggol !
They like to eat prawns and that will explain why they like sandy beaches ?

Another hint for you ... use live prawns and remember to choose the small small ones.
They have small mouth !
