From what she told me, it is Singapore waters. They're specifically targeting for these groupers and are very good at it, just look at their heavy tackles. :cool:

Thanks for sharing the giant groupers with us Belle, it is certainly motivating for those fishing in local waters. :nod: Psst, there's lots of meat to go around in those two groupers. :eyebrow:

arsenal, its definitely singapore waters, i would think its near to east coast that area... cant tell you the exact location though, coz that was my second trip there and there are no landmarks except a red buoy... :(

oinkie, cool right? but i broke my friend's reel, the setup that i was using... jialat... :(
the jigger reel pai le... but can be fixed lah... very paiseh leh...

yo Peace! meat was tender and really really nice... i got my share of the smaller grouper on sunday...
took my grandma out for dinner immediately... fish head steamboat... superrrrrrrrrrr... :nod: :thumbsup:

rod was like at least pe5 n above, i saw OJ4000P or OJ5000P pair with the red rod. this setup can crane up even the groupers house. :lol:
