Anglers: Iskandar, Kevin Ohara and Me ... we set out to Brian's Fish Farm at 3pm ...
The weather was on our side. Cooling & breezy with no rain.
And the total paraded hauled .....
Can anyone help me identify the fishes below ....
and this baby stingray?

Very nice catches u got there desleyhan
The top fish is a belanger's croaker. We call it gelama too. Fry it to a golden brown
The one below looks like a javelin grunter( jio lor) to me but I have some doubts so let's wait for Captain Peace to confirm on this fish.
As for the stingray, I will not consider it a baby. Judging from the pic u lifted up the ray, looks like its going to give birth to me did it ? coz normally stingray will give birth to their young before they take their last breath.
I happen to see u once at cv gina's shop with 2 other friends. Hope to fish with u someday. cheers.

My initial take on both fish is the same as Angelfishing However the body of the croaker looks a little elongated when compared to the belanger's croaker. (Or was it because of the angle it was shot at?) The other fish should be a Jio Lor.
Not a bad catch overall, you guys seem to have enjoyed yourselves. The fish farms looks like a fun and comfortable place to fish. ;)
