Jigging in S'pore???
Here's the story. I start a thread looking for kaki for lobang to jig in local water and thing just moved from there.
Did not expect much from the trip but just a few drops my reel started to zee....... even my clicker broke.
A great 10mins fight and I was thinking it might be a queenie, but sadly the fish die a short while after release so have to bring it in back.
Most of our catches are release except for 2 Sagai for lunch and 1 dead queenie. My guest is close to 20 catches.
Not much photo taken as I was busy jigging away.
Boatman Henry
Henry cooked lunch & coffee for us. Didnot expecting this great service from him.

That's quite an impressive jigging catches from local water. The queenfish probably died from exhaustion but it's never a waste if you bring it back to eat.

Re: Jigging in S'pore???
Nice to see the jigging in action, thanks for sharing the video. Just a thought, are you guys jigging specifically on pelagic fishes? Have you tried targeting on bottom fishes like groupers?
