Our prize catch, collected at Senoko Fishery Port.
It was flew to JB and transported via land into Singapore.
A long journey but definitely worth the trouble ...
with proper channel and documentation ... we get to share our catches with family and friends.
Fish were chilled and sealed nicely in styrofoam boxes.
Produce received in order 2 hours earlier ! :D

And here it is ... Assam Kaci Head, not I cook lah ...
Send to someone who can do a better job ... just pay ! :p
And guess how much it cost ? $15 to have it cook for us ... whole family slurped down every bits of it ... only bones left !

Red Chicken head cooked in another way ...
Both side of our family enjoyed it so much ...
And that put a smile on our face. *grins

Not forgetting my two precious pooch.
I made some dehydrated cobia for them and they went crazy ...
Jumping up and down asking for more more more~

So ... kakis ... are you ready for Kuching 2013 ?
Let's Go Fishing !! :fish: :fish: :fish:

Thanks for the cr and videos.... I can never forget how Simon hugged and kissed the Cobia, he was so high he took a pail of sea water and pour on his head!
It was another fun and exciting trip. Thanks to all wonderful kakis on board.

Well ... I guess all of us shared his joy and he does have a very good reason to be overjoyed ... 6 years is a long time.
And out of no where came his dream catch, a whopping double digit Cobia.
So if you want a biggie, bath with sea water.

* just in case you wondering why get so happy over a cobia ...
it's his dream catch and no matter where and how hard he tried,
even a whole school of them right under our boat in a recent trip in Rompin
they refused to take his bait ! LOL !!

Interestingly if you recall back ... he landed all the big catch in this Kuching trip.
All FOUR species ... a very happy man indeed.
Am so glad he did not get over excited and jump in for a swim !! :sweatdrop:
DSSS ~ Deep Sea Synchronized Swimming ... lol !

鬼头刀...I Like !

That's something interesting about fishing ...
When you want it ... it just refused to come no matter how hard you try.
And when you are not expecting it at all ..
You get a nice surprise and it becomes a sweet memory.

You'll get your dream catch someday ... as long you still fishing ... it is somewhere out there ... waiting for you ! :clover:

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments.
I had fun doing up this CR. :D

Here's what the Cobia meat I brought home ... made into woofilicious treat for my two precious Westies boys.

Crispy fish jerky... has a natural sweetness, nice for human and ah gaos ~ woofz !

Not much stock left in the freezer, am thinking of making some into salted fish too. :D
