im back from the trip and it was quiet..... not much hookups but patin were going crazy!
landed a 4.8kg patin and a 4.1kg patin
first patin on rod and reel.... 2 rods went swimming due to the hard strike but lost when retrieving the rod
but nothing much except these two fishes
so here are the pics... (btw peace if you can crop the pics for project W.T.F im ok with it

Sounds like a lot of action on this fishing trip for you, the effort put into the facebook competition must have been worth it.
It's a good reference photo but I can't crop the fish out since it's obstructed by the hands. Good job on landing the two patins.
