HLF

The nite saw the landing of several good size fishes.
The LK team got a hookup as we set foot @ FW3 ...
the fight lasted close to an hour with us waving to them repeatdly
signalling to them to join us ...
We were culess they were actually fighting a monster fish.
A nice 18kg ( estimation give by staff of FW3 ) CPC landed.

Simon came in with a 20kg CPC later in the nite.
It was a fun filled episode with fellow kakis joking around him providing special services.
Food and drinks served while he play tug of war with the cat.

dBs finally hookup a CPC.
Yes hopkup de ... I hook the tail of the CPC.
Was using a small hook and a small piece of prawn meat aiming for packu for some cheap thrills
Felt a heavy tug tug and line started peeling out from my reel ~
I broke into a loud scream when the fish surfaced as it was really huge.
Well ... it's a CPC !
No pics coz the camerawoman was fighting the fish.

The LK Team had fun with lures ... landed some miss some.
They lost a lure to the fish ... do return if you see a crystal vibes.

Though the weather was not friendly ... it rain and stop and rain and stop ...
It did not stop us from making merry and party.

That's a big x'mas party going on at fw3, you guys must be the most prominent group of the night. The big circle of anglers and the delicious gourmet spells wonderful spirit of the holiday season. Even the catches are impressive, big cats one after another. New year is around the corner, I smell another gathering coming up.

p/s. The catch report is beautifully done, kudos to dBs for putting it up in such short span of time.

Don't play play ... the little one in Black and White is a fishing champ Pss Pss ... he's the Birthday boy who landed the Wild Mangrove Jack at SAFYC during his birthday with the $10 rod.

in fact we do fish at the same area just different spot different timing.

Tere just came back from Poungol Jetty after having dinner with dBs, Simon and Devilin

Count Tere says "One ! One Squid Wahahahhahahahahahahahaha *Thunder Roar*"

Tere Eco Watch Reports says: Oil stains still present at Jetty. It is affected by Tide ... Squid Presence detected.

Today was a crazy day at FW3 for dBs & Friends at Fw3 ... All the fishes we never caught before surfaced.

Nope... we were at the FW pond. It was rumoured that FW3 got MJ, and I remember seeing CR on that. BUT now no need to see rumour or not liao la, there is MJ with or without "s" in the pond lor...

Early in the morning while I was still having sweet dreams in slumber land ...
The phone rang ... ring ring ~ ring ring ~
It was Tere reporting the landing of a CPC on rubber.
That's enough to wake us both up.

Washed up, packed lunch and we joined Tere @ FW3 around 11am.
Place was crowded with a rod at almost every corner of the pond.
We found a shady tree and had our lunch while watching others land fishy.
It was relaxing except for the heat from the sun getting unbearable as time ticked past noon.
We went recede the new salt water pond and prawning ponds.
The crowd was good and everyone having each their own set of game.

We headed off to pick raspiritz up before heading to Changi Village.
Pick up some hooks, sinkers etc
Spend some time chit chatting with Sam
Bought a rod and off we go ... heading back to FW3 around 4pm.

Me and Tere had fun with just few slices of bread.
Minced to a small bit ... it attracted the pacu.
We had fun playing with them for a while.
Out of a sudden ... this fish tried to run away with my small piece of bread like a twenty cent coin size.
My reel alarm went off ... attracted alot of attention as it keep screaming loud and clear.
Raspiritz shouted from opposite for me to tightened drag which I already had.
I had a few good rounds of fun all by myself ... shiok ah !
Landed a nice patin, a first for me

The pump failed and so did the catch.
Fish went to hide.
It was a right decision to stay back for more fun.
We hit feeding frenzy later on the nite.
Me seated between Simon n Tere saw each of them taking turn to land fishes.
Different types of fish ...
It was red tail catfish for Tere and a MJ for Simon.
Then it was kim and more kims ... until I lost count of how many.

Definitely a day well spend.
It's a rare day seeing the pirates out in the day.
