It's being a long time since we last visited FW3 ... seen from the post in 2008 ... then it's almost 3 years !

I read some time back that they have changed their operation timing ...
No more 24/7 open ... oni evenings and weekends.
Not sure if that has change by now.

It's a fun place if you looking for some "cheap" thrills ...
If you want play big kitties ... there is not much of a choice in Singapore :p

you are right  singapore is so small..theres is not much biggies in the wild..big fish in singapore water are rare
oh yeah i went there before, not to fish..but to see people fish i heard there got one big red tail catfish is there any of them?

Yes ... Singapore is but a tiny dot on the map ... but ... there is plenty of biggies out there in the wild.
As an angler ... I always bear in mind ... you did not catch it does not meant it is not there !
Maybe the food is not right, maybe the way you present the food is not right ...
Things like tide, weather, water temperatures etc etc ...
If you are very sure everything is right ... then maybe the fish just do not have appetite to feed ?

There is red tail kitties at FW3 pond.
I have personally caught before.
Go give it a try when time permits.
Can be addictive though ... two scenarios ...
Either you catch something and makes you want to get the bigger ones ...
Or you catch nothing but see others cath biggie and make you keep going back to try your luck.
Which ever one ... good luck ! :clover:

two days before i when there i saw a person caught a patin..they use bread..i also saw other using marshmallow
im not sure if it 24 hours they didnt put the timing for fish there..as there is no one after 9.45pm
can i ask what is the catching rate the price for fishing there?
