I see rapala Rattlin. Blue metallic color, it is a sinking lure that some used to target toman and haruans, choose a place that you know is flat bottom, it is easy to snag it as it is sinking type.
I think I see some yozuri minnows, these are for pbs. These are floating types which sinks when you retrieve it back, some types are suspending or sinking types. All these lures can be used for pbs.

I'm not familiar with soft rubbers.

For barramundi, generally I'll use other types of lures that are bigger then those in the pictures, at around 13cm.

I TRY USING THIS LURES AT SOME FRESHWATER SPOT. OMG, IS IT JUST LUCK OR I SUCK AT LURING? is there any tactics to cast or reel in back?

The lures too light can't cast out ? This is the usual problem when starting out. The rod and reel and line need to take into consideration. It doesn't have to be an expensive setup, but need to choose a suitable combination.

These lures around 8-10g ? The rod should preferably have some words indicating it can cast these lures weights. It is a range like 6-15g, 8-21g or something like that. The rod should not be too bendy or else you can't set hook properly on the pbs.Not to stiff too. but for some fish, it is a less critical consideration. The line used nowadays is braided line, monofilament lines and copolymer lines are less prefered. This is due to braided line having small diameter, which makes it cast further. A 10lb line is often used, 8lb cast better but you got to check the knots frequently.6lb lines is for ultralight setups, and if you are skillful enough to play it. I use the cheap surecatch one10,12,15lb, but you can find other lines like berkely tuff line. Reel design have a type that is call long cast spool, and when filling lines, a half filled spool cast less far compare to lines that fill to near the rim. If the line only fill to half the spool of the reel, you can consider joining some cheap mono lines which goes into the reel first. This is for spinning reels, for baitcasting reels, yes it requires some skills.

BC(low profile) are easier to cast, almost not line twist but prone to backlash
Spinning is easier to use , no backlash but line twist is a problem.
For luring, go for Braided, it can turn even the small BC into a lethal fishing device(to the fish, not the user) :p
