Snakehead luring
What is the best way to cast and reel back a frog lure with spinner in order to catch hauran or toman?

Frog lures are best used in weedy areas, haruans are usually hiding among the them. So when the frog hits the water, pause for a second or two to let the fish pinpoint the location of the frog. If the snakehead happens to be very near, it will strike the frog before you even start working it. To work the frog, just jerk it lightly a few times follow by a pause.
If you get a hit but the hook didn't set, try waiting a second to let haruan suck the frog into its mouth. They get wary after a few misses and will lose interest. Just move on to somewhere else and come back later, you'll get another chance at it.

For Toman, you can try using poppers, woodchoppers or surface cruisers. You can do a direct retrieve with woodchoppers and surface cruisers, poppers work better with more pauses.
