thanks to dbs's introduction.

to replace with a lock to prevent foul play

need to secure the opening with another lock.

always request for a 'fragile' label if you are traveling in air with it.

not too sure how 'good' it is. but it served the purposes of travelling in air and allowing me to fish after i touched down. i 'lock' the length of the tube in case of foul play and most importantly lock the opening. then on the inside, i had my rods bubble wrapped. yea they were intact after return flight.

Yellow colour Swee Swee.

If you are flying and check-in your tube suggest you tape up the above part. Had seen a tube broken off due to rough handling by the airlines.

Ooh ... you bought, nice !

This one pretty good to use, just need to masking tape the joint, the smaller section.
You know how airline handler throw you baggage de lor ...
From our experience and advise from frequent flying anglers ...
Taping it down prevent it from snapping open from brute force.

We got an orange one ...
need to be difference so we won't have to stand and stare at the pile of rod tubes wondering which one belongs to me ~
