Who let the snake out ?

Post by dBs™ »

Does anyone has any idea what snake is this ?

We happen to be at this hair salon in a up class estate today ...

I wonder how this little fella find it's way up the 2nd floor of concrete blocks ...
and fits itself nicely on the a 3mm width groove line ... on the counter ! 0.o

It created a small commotion when it was spotted by a lady who happens to be seated directly opposite the counter.

It was captured by Simon and released safely into .... ::x:
It slithered away quickly when released ...

And it was then that I realised this snake is very colourful ...got red got blue de ...
My mum always tells me colourful snake got poison !

it is a paradise snake. small. the mild venoum will not kill or injuried a human. tis breed feed mainly on gecko. so DBS dun worry, u will not eaten.

it wasnt all BEAUTIFUL snake which got vibrant color is a tell tale sign tat it pack a potent bite which will cause a human to die. there r other type of snake ( harmless milksnake ie: scarlet milksnake : http://www.uga.edu/srelherp/snakes/lamtri.htm) which would mimick those powerful cousin to warn or keep predator at bay. it jus plain survival.

the main issue is that there r many myth n urbal legend ( yes, til now) shouddering around snake. the best way to dispel all tat is throught reading up and understand more on snake. i see nice n harmless snake being killed by person who has a very wrg understanding or knowledge on snake.

Wow, the flying snake is really beautiful, I wonder how it landed on a place like that. Good thing you guys saved this snake or it would have ended up splatted by a broomstick or something. :p

not really... as at time, due to their commoflage, we might not b able to detect them. it is their natural instinct. n yes those sudden movement will trigger a bite 2 :)

Most of the time its warmth and food that attracts them. Orchard road people litter thus got rats and critters. Lighting and machines provide warmth, then they got food some more. Of course go there lor.

When I go bashing/Jungle trails, I don't listen to music or make noise cos must be alert to pick up different noises.

PS. By the way, does Milksnake make nice Snake Soup?

That's why if you're walking through thick vegetation it would be wise to bring a long stick and 打草惊蛇. But I wonder what would happen if one were to actually hit an aggressive snake like a cobra. :S

That is also why I always walk on the outside and not inside unless I spotted something interesting
inside that I have to find my way in safely ... lol !

Anyway ... Peace got a higher percent rate to hit a deadly one compared to me ! :mischieve:

Be safe ... you scream also no use de lor ... ::x:
