I see you've found a neat little crabbing spot on your exploration today, it definitely looks like the great home for mud crabs. Be real careful if you want to go down onto the mud plains though. Not just because mud can be very deep but sharp objects like broken glass, rocks rusty metal parts can get embedded in the mud. I personally know a person who got his foot pierced by the tail of a horseshoe crab walking on such places. Anyway, make sure you get proper footwear to protect your feet, slippers are a no-no.
