i have delete those temporary files, cookies etc

but when i try to re log into the forum, the computer wouldn,t "remember" it, why is it happening?
in the internet option, i click "delete all" option, is it correct??

now need to keep entering the username and password, very troublesome, i did click the "remember me...."

oso, some other forum, when i log in, key in username and password, it just wouldn,t log in, what happen man??

my mcafee security scan got this pop up
saying my internet connection is not available, thus can't activate it
when i'm now online in the forum...

wassup man...

just tested, i disconnect and reconnect the modem
and i need to re-log in again!

What browser are you using? If you're using Internet Explorer, you might want to check your Autocomplete setting in the options. Make sure you've set it to remember username and passsword. Alternatively, you can try using other browsers like firefox or google chrome to see if it's an isolated problem of your web browser.

Your internet connection doesn't seem to be stable either. Is your computer hooked onto your modem wirelessly? Which date/time has gone haywire? That one may actually be a bigger issue. :X

manage to find the autocomplete option

all 3 boxes are ticked leh...

could it be due to the deleting of the old files, cookies etc ??

but then, after that, it should auto stored those username and pass word right.

" we cannot check your security status now becoz your pc is not connected to the internet or the mcafee security scan is temporary unavailable, please connect to the internet and click retry, or try again later"

I'm not really a techie so I can't be sure what's wrong. I've not used IE in a long time but it should be somewhere in Tools > Internet Options > Content > AutoComplete.

How is the signal strength indicated when you're connected to the internet? If Windows cannot remember your time/date after you've shut down and restart, it might be due to dead CMOS battery. Easily replaceable but you need to open up your computer.

But for all you know, this might be a computer virus at work. You can drop by the chatroom if you need more help.
