Yellowtails, one of my favourite fish. They're said to make good fishballs, anyone has tried making or tasted one that is made from yellowtails?

Yeap, great tasting fishball even from a lousy cook like me. 
Caught a lot of these fish when I was fishing in Mersing.
Brought home some for tasting.
Great eating fish be it fried or turn it into fish balls.
I know Marina South has a spot for it but ...it's no longer a legal fishing grounds.
